3 - Wine Terms:

1. Tannins: A substance in wine that causes your mouth to dry out. People often say a wine is dry when it is tannic.

2. Ullage: The amount of liquid within a container that is lost, as by leakage, during shipment or storage.

3. Vintage: The year something (e.g. Wine) was produced.

2 - Quotes from Me:

1. "If you start with good grapes and don't screw it up, you have a fighting chance of making a quality wine"

2. "To improve your palate, smell and taste everything and remember the experience."

1 - Question to ponder:

1. What is one thing you could do today to make someone else's life a touch better?

If you shared this newsletter with 2 people, who then each share with two people, how many times would this need to be done to reach every human on earth? Answer
