Happy Friday! Time to wrap up this week and get ready for the next! Take a deep breath and kick off the weekend on a positive note. Let's consider where we have been, improve it, and move forward next week. Packing the most content into the least words and trying to change the world,
one glass at a time.

3 - Wine Terms:
1.
Brix:
A measurement of sugar in grapes and wine. 1 Brix = 1% Sugar content. 1% sugar will turn into roughly 0.59% alcohol. The higher the starting brix, the higher the final alcohol content.
2.
ABV:
Alcohol by Volume measured in percent. Most wines have an ABV between 12.5% and 16%
3.
Closed:
A term used to describe a wine that has very little aroma and flavor. Decanting or swirling will open a wine up and allow it to express its true character.
