Happy Friday! Time to wrap up this week and get ready for the next! Take a deep breath and kick off the weekend on a positive note. Let's consider where we have been, improve it, and move forward next week. Packing the most content into the least words and trying to change the world, one glass at a time.

3 - Wine Terms:

1. Herbaceous: Wines that have an aroma of herbs, often green leafy smells. Can easily overpower the wine.

2. Saingee: A method used to produce rosé wines by extracting the unfermented juice away from the skins after only a few hours of contact. Koi Zen Cellars uses this method to produce our Rosé.

3. Phylloxera: A small insect that lives on US grapevine roots that destroyed most of Europe's vineyards in the late 1800s by accident.

2 - Quotes from Me:

1. "Eat what you like. Drink what you like, and hang out with people you like -- it's not that complicated."

2. "Fuzzy minds lead to fuzzy decisions"

1 - Question to ponder:

1. If you have always wanted to do something, but haven't, it begs the question why.

Sometimes just answering why is enough. It if isn't, then you did not get to the true why. Ponder deeper.

If you shared this newsletter with 2 people, who then each share with two people, how many times would this need to be done to reach every human on earth? Answer
