3 - Wine Terms:

1. Wine Aroma: the flavors and smells in wine that come from the grape which include aromas such as berry, floral, mineral, and fruit.

2. Wine Bouquet : the smells associated with the winemaking process such as vanilla and oak from barrels, yeast smells, nut and spice smells.

3. Corked Wine: makes the wine taste flat and wet cardboard. Caused by the chemical TCA (2,4,6  trichloroanisole) sometimes found naturally in corks or through the introduction of chlorine into the winemaking process.

2 - Quotes from Me & Others:

1. "Always be in the moment, for this moment is the only moment that will ever exist" ~ The Zen Winemaker

2. "If you do what you like, chances are, you will get good at it." ~ The Zen Winemaker

1 - Question to ponder:

If you shared this newsletter with 2 people, who then each share with two people, how many times would this need to be done to reach every human on earth? Answer
